Akshay Naheta

Founder and CEO

Akshay founded DTR with a vision to simplify financial transactions through the creation of an advanced global payments infrastructure. He brings over 20 years of experience in finance and technology, with an intricate understanding of blockchain, financial markets, and payment systems. Previously, he held senior executive roles at SoftBank, where he spearheaded numerous technology investments in industry leaders such as ARM, Auto1, and Nvidia.

Jason Griffith

President

Jason Griffith is President of DTR and a seasoned finance executive with over three decades of leadership experience building and managing large teams at top-tier financial institutions, including JP Morgan, Bank of America, and Jefferies, where he served as Global Head of Equities. Drawing on his expertise in traditional finance, global compliance standards, and a thorough understanding of regulatory environments across multiple jurisdictions, he is well-positioned to guide DTR’s rapid growth.

Remi Tuyaerts

Co-founder and CTO

As a co-founder and the CTO of DTR, Remi oversees the development of cutting-edge technologies that streamline global financial transactions. With over 8 years of expertise in Blockchain and Web3, he leads the technical teams with a deep understanding of decentralized systems and innovative financial solutions. A serial entrepreneur in the fintech space, Remi has successfully launched and scaled multiple startups, demonstrating his ability to drive technological advancements and foster a culture of innovation. His extensive background in blockchain technology and passion for developing secure, efficient, and scalable financial platforms are instrumental in advancing DTR’s mission to revolutionize global finance.

Hasan Sabri

Co-founder and COO

Hasan Sabri is a finance professional with over 35 years of leadership and operational expertise. As the COO of DTR, he oversees operations and compliance. Previously, as COO at SB Management, a SoftBank subsidiary, Hasan developed infrastructure to manage SoftBank’s public assets. He also served as COO at fintech leader Moneyfarm, driving operational growth in Italy and the UK, and co-founded Knight Assets & Co, a specialist hedge fund, with Akshay Naheta. Earlier in his career, as CEO of Omnific Financial Management, he pioneered robo-advisory solutions, and as COO at GLG Partners, he introduced innovative fund management structures.

Tobias Buck

Co-founder and CFO

Tobias is a co-founder and the Chief Financial Officer of DTR. Prior to DTR, he spent more than a decade in alternative investments at various asset management and investment platforms, including Goldman Sachs Asset Management in London and New York. He was also a founding member of an inaugural private equity firm in London. Early in his career, he gained additional experience at JPMorgan and The Boston Consulting Group.
